- Note: If the machine does not dispense water, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. This usually happens when the machine has been in transit for an extended period, causing the water pump to lose its prime. As a result, the pump cannot draw water from the tank. Simply fill the water tank and run the coffee mode several times. Once the pump is primed, the machine will dispense water normally and operate as intended.
